I am a writer of fantasy fiction that often surrounds middle-aged women. I am a married mother of two and granny to three, a BoHo Chic kinda gal. I am recently retired and busier than when I worked 9-5. But writing and blogging is my main game.

absolutely! in 2000, I was performing in a really lovely coffee house, which was housed in an historic building. the owner of the shop, required ALL musical acts to perform music from the mid 1800s through the mid 1900s, which my pianist and I joyfully did on Saturdays, we held generational sing-a-longs, where people brought their children and grand-children to sings things like Bicycle Built for Two, Hello My Baby, and other fun, bouncy tunes. we had a blast and they did too… too bad the place didn’t last long, but the memories of the music certainly have!

Oh man, that sounds awesome! It’s too bad more people don’t appreciate vintage music in vintage venues anymore.
