I am a writer of fantasy fiction that often surrounds middle-aged women. I am a married mother of two and granny to three, a BoHo Chic kinda gal. I am recently retired and busier than when I worked 9-5. But writing and blogging is my main game.

These are great lions! I’ve seen a number of them – but very, very long ago. It was nice to see them again and have them labeled as to where they are.

Thank you. I’m trying to do better at identifying various pieces of art. I want to know where they’re from, too.

I must share … when I worked in downtown Chicago for 15 years I used to go to the Art Institute at lunch time a couple times a month. It took 15 minutes to walk there, 30 minutes to look around, and 15 minutes to walk back to work. It was magical.
